Chemical Manufacturing Website Design with Integrated CRM & Chat Bot for Biocel Limited
The purpose of the new chemical manufacturing website design and build for Biocel is marketing, lead generation and increased product sales. Biocel’s goal was to demonstrate its company values, expertise, services, and vision. The website design and communication objective is to embody Biocel’s story, a 3rd generation family business from the start-up to now.
The new website was integrated with Biocel’s new CRM Pipedrive System to capture leads from their website and a Chat Box to engage with customers.
Biocel’s website is built around SEO and optimised fully for organic growth. It was important for their CTAs to be visually distinct from the rest of the website design. This was achieved by using the colours from our industry sector’s colour brand palette, bold fonts including a typographic hierarchy system, and industry specific design icons to make them stand out. By doing so, visitor’s attention is drawn to the CTA, and they are encouraged to take action.
Future considerations included eCommerce functionality which is built-in and ready-to-go and multi-lingual capabilities for a future global site.
