Biocel is the leading supplier of Chemicals for a variety of Irish industries, including Brewing and Beverage, Dairying, Food Production, Laundering, Construction, Water Treatment, Pharmaceuticals and the Public Sector.
Biocel needed a fresh look to distinguish itself as a state-of-the-art business rooted in family history and the leading supplier of chemical formulations to industries in Ireland.
A mini brand audit helped to inform the discovery phase and creative brief. Taking into account Biocel’s core values, vision and mission statement I was able to create a freshly updated identity and a solid foundation for attracting new business opportunities. This included updating Biocel’s current logo, and visual assets (typography, colour palette etc.) and developing visual guidelines for their new website.

Community, Support, Unity, Growth, Energy, Movement, Protective, History & Timelessness
Circles are often used to represent unity, completeness, and infinity. Dots, on the other hand, are often used to represent small details or individual components that come together to form a larger whole.
Atoms, as the basic building blocks of matter, symbolises the company or organisation’s focus on science, technology, and innovation along with belief in the interconnectedness and interdependence of all things.
Combined, these elements symbolise the company’s emphasis on unity, completeness and innovation, and the importance of small details that make a big difference in the final product.
